Richards is kind enough to walk us through the history of Bro. Oscar Scott Woody who perished on the RMS Titanic. Bro. Woody was also an active member of Acacia Lodge.

*Historical Light FB Challenge

We recently launched a challenge to our FB family to get out your phones or webcams and record a short video of yourself answering the question “Why did you join Freemasonry?”  and send it to us.  You may just see your video on a future episode of Historical Light!  Also use this opportunity to sit down with an elder brother at your lodge and record his story to preserve those memories.  We want to open up this challenge to affiliate bodies as well such as OES, Demolay, Job’s Daughters, Rainbow Girls, etc. Why did you join and did the Masonic community influence your decision?  We cant wait to hear from you so be sure to keep sending in your videos!
